Most visits to a Chiropractor will involve what is known as a “spinal manipulation” or “adjustment”.

 An adjustment will consist of applying gentle force to an afflicted area to bring back proper alignment and reduce or eliminate pain.  When our bodies are out of alignment, we begin to feel pain and risk further injury.  A gentle adjustment brings back alignment and reduces the stress on our musculoskeletal system.
